Winter Season Policies
A deposit of two room nights plus tax is due upon booking. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 60 days of arrival require full payment within five days of booking.Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less a $100 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations (complete or reduction of room nights) within 60 days of arrival forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds or credit for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday/Festival reservations must be fully paid at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Summer Season Policies
A deposit of one room night plus tax is due upon booking. Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled 14 days prior to arrival receive a full refund less a $50 per room cancellation fee. Cancellations (complete or reduction in room nights) within 14 days of arrival forfeit the entire prepayment. There are no refunds or credit for late arrival or early departures.

Holiday/Festival Policies
Holiday/Festival (Christmas, President’s Weekend & Sundance) reservations must be fully paid at time of booking and are non-refundable.
